Growing up away from the island gave me a slightly different perspective. Every visit to Nusa Penida became an opportunity to reconnect with my roots, learn more about the local way of life, and understand the traditions and stories that have been passed down through generations.
Through my writing on VisitPenida.com, I enjoy exploring Nusa Penida from both a visitor’s curiosity and a personal connection to the island. I write about its destinations, culture, local life, and the experiences that make Nusa Penida unique beyond what you see in travel photos.
For me, Nusa Penida is more than a place my family comes from. It is a part of my heritage that I continue to discover, appreciate, and share through writing.
