4. Board when directed. Follow staff instructions and ask for assistance if steps or the boarding arrangement are difficult for your group.
5. Cross to Banjar Nyuh. Keep the booking confirmation accessible. Sea conditions and operational changes can affect the crossing.
6. Disembark and meet your onward transport. Collect your bags and use the pickup point agreed with your driver or hotel.

Match the arrival harbour to your pickup

Tell your hotel or driver that you’re arriving at Banjar Nyuh, and share the operator and sailing. Nusa Penida has several harbours, so “the harbour” is not enough for a pickup arrangement.

Cancellation and date changes

You may reschedule once. Request the change at least 3 days before the activity starts. The new date must be no later than 3 months after the original activity date, subject to availability confirmed by Made.
