This policy applies to tours, shared snorkeling, fast boat tickets and custom transport booked through Visit Penida. Read it with our terms and conditions and your booking confirmation.

If you cancel your booking

Customer cancellations are non-refundable. If your plans change, check the date-change option below and contact Made for help.

Changing your date

You may reschedule once. Request the change at least 3 days before the activity starts. The new date must be no later than 3 months after the original activity date, subject to availability confirmed by Made.

Send your booking details and preferred new date to customer support. Wait for Made's written confirmation of availability before treating the new date as booked.

If the provider cancels

If the provider cancels because of weather or operational issues, you may choose a refund or reschedule. Contact Made for assistance.

Tell Made which option you prefer. If you choose another date, confirm its availability and the new arrangements in writing.

How to request a refund

Contact Made through the official details on our customer support page. Include:

  • Your booking name and booking or invoice reference, if available.
  • The service and original activity date.
  • Your payment receipt and the amount paid.
  • The reason for your request and any cancellation message from the provider.

Made reviews the request with the provider and confirms the outcome and any refund amount in writing. If a refund is due, ask Made to confirm the payment method and expected processing time. Keep the confirmation and contact us again if the refund hasn't arrived by the agreed time.

Service problems and your rights

If the service wasn't delivered as agreed, contact customer support with your booking details and evidence of the problem. We'll review the issue with the provider and discuss a suitable remedy.

These booking terms do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law, including remedies for services that are not delivered as agreed.
