What to include in your message

For a new booking, send your travel date, number of travelers, hotel or pickup location, and the service you want. Check the full price list, then confirm availability and the total with Made before paying.

For an existing booking, include your booking name, activity date and booking or invoice reference, if you have one. Explain what you need help with. For a payment or refund query, attach your payment receipt so we can identify the booking.

Booking terms and refunds

Read our terms and conditions for payment, confirmation and service details. Our refund policy explains customer cancellations, date changes and your options if the provider cancels.

If your service wasn't delivered as confirmed, contact Made with the details and any supporting messages or photos so we can review the issue with the provider.
