Arrival and attraction tickets are separate
Budget for two kinds of payment: the levy when you enter Nusa Penida, then tickets for the OGOD attractions you visit. OGOD means One Gate One Destination. It isn’t one ticket for every attraction on the island.
These fees took effect on 1 September 2026, according to the Klungkung Government’s updated announcement. Rates below were checked on 6 October 2026.
The prices come from Lampiran XI of Klungkung Regulation No. 4 of 2026. Klungkung Tourism explains who pays each fee: the area levy is for foreign visitors; attraction tickets apply to everyone.
Which attractions charge an OGOD ticket?
The tariff lists places including Kelingking, Crystal Bay, Teletubbies Hill, and Angel’s Billabong with Broken Beach. Angel’s Billabong and Broken Beach appear together in one row, so don’t automatically budget for two separate Rp25,000 tickets there. Check what the ticket covers at the gate.
Other private attractions, photo spots, and activities can have their own prices. Use the OGOD rate for the sites covered by that system rather than assuming every stop costs Rp25,000.
A simple Rp75,000 example
For one foreign adult arriving in Penida and visiting Kelingking and Crystal Bay:
- Arrival levy: Rp25,000.
- Kelingking ticket: Rp25,000.
- Crystal Bay ticket: Rp25,000.
- Total for those fees: Rp75,000 per person.
Your boat, driver, meals, and other spending are extra. See the trip budget guide to add them up.
Check your tour inclusions
Ask your operator whether the arrival levy, attraction tickets, and parking are included. A package that includes one doesn’t necessarily include the others.
Keep proof of fees already paid. If you’re asked to pay again, show the receipt or ticket and ask your guide to check it. Sarong rental, donations, optional photos, and activities may still be extra.
Pay at the official gate
Klungkung’s announcement describes a digital cashless payment system for OGOD. Pay at the official collection point, ask which payment methods are available, and save the receipt or digital ticket.
Bring your card and some rupiah for other local spending. The cash and card guide explains ATMs, contactless payments, and backups.
Bali’s levy is separate too
Bali’s Rp150,000 foreign tourist levy is separate from both Penida payments. The Bali Government’s visitor guidance directs visitors to the official Love Bali system.
Before the boat
Check the fees included in your booking, save payment proof offline, and confirm your harbour pickup. The arrival guide helps you get those details sorted before crossing.
